On-site visits during office hours (Mon to Fri 09:00 - 18:00):
Price per visit for local customers who pay by BACS on completion:
£86 for the first ½ hour, then
£43.50 per ½ hour
Price per visit for local customers who pay on 30 day account:
£91 for the first ½ hour, then
£48.50 per ½ hour
(Subject to written approval and minimum 2 years trading with me)

Off-site / remote work during office hours:
For customers who pay by BACS on completion:
£21.75 per quarter hour
For customers who pay on 30 day account:
£24.25 per quarter hour
(Subject to written approval and minimum 2 years trading with me)
Out-of-office hours / surcharges etc:
25% surcharge for weekday evenings (after 6pm)
50% surcharge for Saturdays, 100% surcharge for Sundays & Bank Holidays
(Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays available by special arrangement only)
Car parking, congestion charge and/or train fares will be added where applicable
UK overnight stays charged at £195 per night plus accommodation
Normal visits charged from time of arrival on site to time of leaving site.
Emergency visits that require leaving a job part way through will be
charged
from time of leaving current job to time of leaving emergency site.
Cancellations (Weekday Jobs):
Less than 1 full working day's notice: Full estimated charge for the booked job
1 to 2 full working days notice: 50% of the estimated charge for the booked job
More than 2 working days notice: No charge
Cancellations (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Jobs):
Full estimated charge for the booked job
